To nominate an individual for the Liderazgo Awards, please complete this nomination form. Self-nominations are permitted and strongly encouraged.

The individual you nominate will be noted and will be asked to complete an application. They will be required to submit an application to qualify for a Liderazgo Awards by the indicated deadline.
